1 Delivery

1.1 The dispatch of your order is carried out by DHL, UPS

1.2 We ship to the following countries: Germany, European Union, others on request

2. shipping costs

2.1 For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of 15.00 EUR per order.

2.2 Shipping costs to foreign countries are calculated individually, depending on the total weight and the destination country.

2.3 In the case of cross-border deliveries, further taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-community purchase) and/or charges, e.g. in the form of customs duties, may be incurred. These are to be borne by you.
